For me, painting is the medium to express my feelings and emotions. I usually love to portray either natural elements or emotions on my canvas, and when it comes to mother and son love, I can’t imagine better options then Shree Krishna and Maa Yashoda. Krishna and Yashoda is the symbol of divine mother and son love.
This painting depicts Maa Yashoda holding a baby Shree Krishna. Perhaps Maa Yashoda is the most important mother figure in Indian mythology. She, the mother of Lord Krishna and Lord Balrama attained immortality by Lord Krishna’s childhood stories.
Yashoda adopted Krishna and showered him with unconditional love. Folklores around the mother-son duo’s bond galore. The foster mother’s affection for her son did not falter at any point.
This painting is very close to me. For this artwork, I have used acrylic colors on canvas. The vibrant color and expression of this painting will enhance the beauty of your home.
