Awakening’ reflects the inner journey that each of us silently undergoes at some point in our lives- a path of realization, growth, and self-discovery. It reflects the voice and energy within that grow louder with clarity, healing, and self-awareness. This path, marked by introspection and transformation, leads to inner growth, renewal, and awakening. What ultimately emerges is the quiet courage to embrace one’s truth, a truth that is powerful, deeply personal, and unique to each soul.

This artwork emerged from moments of reflection, both personal and observed. I’ve often felt that the most profound transformations happen in silence, when we pause and listen to what lies within. The painting is inspired by those quiet stories we carry-stories of resilience, vulnerability, and the strength to begin again. Created using acrylics and a palette knife, this abstract artwork blends layered textures, rich, vibrant tones, and symbolic motifs. I want the viewer to see a mirror, a moment of stillness and reflection. I hope they find a quiet connection to their journey, discovering comfort, hope, and the strength of the human spirit, through the colours and forms.

This piece is a visual reflection of my inner process, which I hold very close to my heart. It reminds me of the grace that always surrounds us, the energy we hold within, and the light always finds its way when we trust and awaken to our innate potential.
