Be Still

Drixkie Bojador

An illustration about the duality of the state of being calm or "not doing anything." It's a moment where your energy falls low enough that your subconscious mind starts 'thinking'. Two types of thinking are initiated side by side; one is a series of doubts and fears. Another is a series of acceptance and the focus on positive takeaways. It takes one thought. To focus on just one, whether it's a negative or a positive, will trigger a train of thoughts that will determine your emotions and then your behavior. (In context of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy).
