Blue Jay Bird Painting

I am a budding creator with humble beginnings born and raised in Kolkata, the cultural capital of India. Since my early days, art has fascinated me as much as nature. That is why I try to capture the magnificent aura of our world on my canvas, in my own unique way. I like things that challenge me as an artist. Like bright colors contrasting dense black bases or subtle details getting followed up with bold strokes. I believe my art to be the voice of my inner child. And I hope it is the voice of every person who stumbles, and falls, but gets up again to rise like a phoenix. My recent collection is about Our Planet. This little blue rock floating around in infinite space, this place that we call home, is a thing of beauty. It is impossible not to be dazzled by the beauty of this world and get lost in its loving embrace.

This planet is the only known place in the universe that gives us life, nourishes us, and sustains us. In this series, I have tried to capture and do justice to the sensational nature that surrounds us. It is my homage to our home. My tribute to our mother.

Blue Jay: The blue jay, a passerine bird known for their bright blue feathers and distinctive crest belong to the Corvidae family. They are native to eastern North America and found in much of the eastern and central United States. Though not currently endangered, their populations have experienced a cumulative decline due to multiple factors.
