Abstract Painting

Colors have been my best friends since I have known them. I have tried to express this on various mediums ranging across oil and watercolor to now alcohol inks. I have used this as a forethought for this particular artwork. By translating my love for various compositions in this alcohol ink work, I have tried to bring out the cool use of the color wheel. I have used these particular color schemes in this wave like pattern to depict the depth and intensity of the artwork just like that of an ocean. The colors overlap and cascade in an intrinsic manner so as to illustrate the various intensities of a wave. I have used ‘cool’ colors for this work to bring about a sense of calmness and peace. It is this aura that allures to the eye, grabbing the attention of any on looker.
