Cityscape Oil Painting

Lights colors and shapes alternate and blend overwhelming you in a frenetic movement and then dive and abandon yourself in a reflection of total calm. I really like to paint this kind of paintings where the subjects are not totally defined, but their incomplete form with the play of colors, lights, and shadows, leaves the viewer free to complete it giving a personal interpretation. The way the buildings are created is different I wanted to give it a silhouette kind of shape that makes the entire thing stand out. The reflecting building in the water creates another element to the painting. This is an oil painting with material detail. It has taken me time to come up with this beautiful artwork.
