"Conscience of the Apothecary" Abstract art; acrylic, pastels, and various techniques, including dry brush and spraying. The work tries to depict the moral compass hardcoded into the human conscience through subtle and semi-subtle encrypts. This work is a philosophical journey attempting to portray the moral compass and ethics of an Apothecary. It is a journey delving into the self, being a person practicing in the medical scenario. A self-reflection on how decisions are balanced between benefits and risks. The rights and wrongs in applying one chemical entity for its advantage if it stays within limits and the potentially menacing journey if it crosses the boundaries of rationality. This is a large canvas 100cm x 150cm.
