It's a yoga posture. I believe in order for me to be happy and healthy, it's important that my body stays pure- which is why the name Curves caught on so well! Peace of mind leads us towards contentment - and lots more happiness than any other activity out there can provide you with all by itself.

Yoga shows how we can get there: keep yourself clean (mental and physical) through regular practice so your soul may reside comfortably within its temple walls. The harmonious curves in this painting are a reminder to me that yoga is more than just exercise, it's about self-nurturing. Yoga shows the way towards peace of mind and happiness - the key ingredients for living healthily with zest!
