The only constant in our lives is impermanence. It is present at every step—seen, felt—yet so often ignored. The mind resists its essence. It seeks, it runs, it searches endlessly, always trying to change something, to become something else, to arrive somewhere else. In this continuous movement, we rarely allow ourselves to pause. To step out of the rhythm of the everyday. To stand still long enough to truly see. This work invites a moment of interruption. A return to the self. It speaks about that rare and often avoided encounter—the one in which we stop, look into our own eyes, and remember. Remember why we are here.

Why we chose to return. Where we come from, and what we wish to carry forward. There is a quiet tension between motion and stillness, between avoidance and awareness. We fill our time, our thoughts, our lives, often out of an unspoken fear: the fear of truly seeing ourselves. Because to see means to acknowledge. And to acknowledge requires courage. The courage to say, with honesty and presence: I see you. Impermanence is not only a reflection on change, but an invitation—to slow down, to witness, and to reconnect with the essence that exists beneath the constant becoming. In this work, impermanence is not something to resist, but something to be felt.
