The concept of light exists only because the concept of darkness exists. Similarly, harmony and chaos are a duality. We go through many thoughts and feelings every day, the good, the kind, the angry, the upset, the optimistic, and plenty more. I call it the ‘Faces’. Faces truly depict our emotions and even the most fleeting emotions can be viewed on the face. These emotions can change very quickly and it’s even possible that one may tend to feel a mix of different emotions together. All our faces are distinct creating chaos, yet are connected and act as our mirror souls helping us heal, learn and grow – and all these distinct faces align in harmony with our heart as we speak and act as one.
