Abstract Flowers Painting

Floral opera. (set of two paintings) Flowers always make people better, happier and more helpful; they are sunshine, food, and medicine to the soul. Pouring this same floral spirit of joy on canvas is another addition to my alcohol ink art series.

This piece incorporates beautifully structured flowers and their bounding leaves. That’s the beauty of a flower that I have tried to capture here where the blend of the hues of pink and red give a base to the flower bed that’s bound all around with the splashes of yellow and green. The golden touch defines the flowers into feeling like petals. This is just the perfect pop of colour and joy a dull room!
