The soul is not black or white but colored by an array of hues, always in motion to find your true self. What looks like a spiral of colors could be a vortex of divine consciousness or the rhythm of a whirling dervish or a galaxy of stars but it is definitely not still because life can never be still, it’s constantly moving in a cyclical pattern. Hence the title ‘I Will Find You’ is a dialogue between God and man in their pursuit to find each other.

Various mediums and techniques have been used in this painting like acrylics, plaster, modelling paste and enamel applied by using hands, cloth, brushes, pens and palette knives to create this movement on canvas that pulls the viewer in. The color palette is subtle yet contrasting with black, white, blues and reds that depict tranquility, passion, sorrow and spirituality. The colors and textures of this painting are very inviting as they symbolize the vastness of our universe and our connection to the divine.
