Indian Acrylic Painting

This type of painting consistently emphasizes the cultural and traditional elements of art. That makes me more interested. Kathakali is one of the most popular art forms of classical dance and drama in the southern part of Kerala. It’s also very challenging to learn in-depth about Mudra and dance. It’s a story based on dance without dialogue and communicating with each other’s finger expressions, facial expressions, and background songs. Most of the stories were based on the Hindu epics of the Mahabharata and the Ramayana. In the early years, it was not a common art form, but it was played only in selected places.

The painting in which I chose a particular character is called Pacha (humble and honest character). It is the most beautiful and elegant figure in this form of art. This painting is made of acrylic paint with bright primary colors on a structured canvas. Acrylic colors are my favorite medium for this kind of folk artwork, and they look more attractive to the viewers. This painting is closer to me, and it’s been recalled from my childhood memories. Half the face of an art form that is more attractive and focused than others.
