Mother Earth supported by the five elements - Air, Water, Fire, Land, Space - is a gift to Life. She tolerates all the cruelty done by the human race to her. But when the limit exceeds it can destroy everything. Nature has started reacting to our actions in various forms of calamity. This painting is a reminder to act towards protecting our Mother Earth and contribute towards protecting her by each and every one of us before it is too late. It is mostly done in acrylics - brushwork and pouring, with some texture added to it. My love for Nature and the need to protect her have driven me to work on this piece. I hope I contribute something towards this urgent cause and invoke some actions by people. The artist uses abstract art as a medium to express the love she has for nature and this painting showcases all the elements that make our earth which we should be grateful for.
