Light Painting Art

Mr.Heart is a character created by Roywang in 2023. With a heart in his hands, he is a character completed through first-line light painting. Through this approach, Roywang hopes to make people pause at busy street corners around the world and listen to what Mr.Heart has to say. He wishes for world peace and love, and calls on everyone to rethink and re-examine the Earth's ecology and the relationships between people. This series is still ongoing, and has so far been created in more than 8 countries and 20 cities.

Hailed as China’s leading light-painting artist, Roy Wang pioneers a Chinese Romantic aesthetic, reviving mythical creatures from the ancient classic Shan Hai Jing across modern architectural skylines. Holding four Guinness World Records, his viral creations use light as a brush and the night as a canvas, captured entirely in-camera without any digital manipulation or post-processing.
