Nature Mixed Media Painting

This painting is inspired by my Everest Base Camp trek. The beauty of Himalayas in Nepal was mesmerizing and breath taking. I had to recreate the emery I felt while on the trek. The stupas, the mountains, the snow, the Nepal flags were all part of the amazing journey. The flag has 5 colors which stand for the 5 elements our body and universe is made up of. The whole area is filled with positivity and energy because of the profound influence of Buddhism. The yaks are the major source of transportation in the area. The painting is made with oil pastels. It is made on acid free pastel sheet. It can be framed on request with additional charges.
