Abstract Painting

Abstract artwork permits the artist to understand past the tangible, to extract the unique out of the finite bounds of art. The beauty of Abstract art is that it gives you the freedom to explore the artwork and interpret your own meaning to the piece. It is the emancipation of the mind and the world of art as we know it. It is an exploration into unknown areas. This intensely personal process enriches a viewer's experience of an artwork. According to my, Abstract art is like a piece of instrumental music - you hear it with your soul rather than trying to understand its meaning. It’s the visible contrary of realistic art. The colors I have scrambled here portray a myriad of conflicting ideas due to the differing vibrancies. However, it all comes together to form a serene painting, more beautiful than all of the individual colors, to show how diversity unites to bring out the best in things. When I started off blending these colors, I was uncertain if they would bind together as a good outcome, but it emerged better than I had expected and indicates that harmony lies in diversity.
