This artwork stands out remarkably and captures attention. It is a nostalgic tribute to my childhood memories at the summer house. Those early mornings when the sun rose and I intended to sleep until midday, only to be awakened by the crowing roosters. Back then, I detested their dawn calls, but now they evoke cherished memories of bygone days. The hot summer sun, the lush green grass, and the sense of endless possibilities for the future. The piece itself is an oil painting on canvas featuring a magnificent rooster. I employed a palette knife technique using gold, yellow, ocher, and black hues to depict the intricate details of its feathers, while red highlights accentuate its comb and wattle. These colors create a striking contrast against the dark background, enhancing the overall impact of the painting.
