Samurai Jack Sketch

I love black-and-white illustrations and human anatomy. The character of Samurai Jack is one of my favourites and these illustrations give me a chance to understand shading as per the contours of the muscles, expressions and wardrobe/armour. This picture captures a bloodthirsty Samurai Jack with his signature stare in a moment of aggression. I loved drawing his armour which is very detailed and intricate while shaped as per the contours of his muscles. I love martial arts and action, and the real fun of these sketches comes only through black and white colours. So it was exciting for me to bring this to life. The next time, I will try to draw more characters in one frame while emphasizing also on the background.
