Mosque Acrylic Painting

Located in the heart of the country, the Sheikh Zayed Mosque stands as a beacon of peace, love, and tolerance. The mosque is one of the world’s largest and was the vision of the late founder of the UAE, Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan. He envisaged the creation of a welcoming cultural haven that connects and inspires people from all walks of life. Under a sky of rose and amber embracing the serene white mosque lies the dreamer, and below its towering domes and unshakable pillars, his everlasting promise remains alive. In this painting, I wanted to show this beautiful mosque at Sunset light, showing its many colors: orange, yellow, pink, and purple, with its golden crescents shining beautifully under the twilight. This time, for this artwork, I chose to portray the sky using acrylic lines to give a more modern view of the mosque. It pays tribute to this wonderful monument in Abu Dhabi, in the United Arab Emirates.
