Transition “Life is pleasant. Death is peaceful. It's the transition that's troublesome. “ When shifts and transitions shake you to the core, see that as a sign of greatness that’s about to occur. The only way you can grow is to let yourself make mistakes and create contradictions. As we learn new things, some of our old attitudes will change. A lot of people resist transition and therefore never allow themselves to enjoy who they are. Embrace the change, no matter what it is; once you do, you can learn about the new world you're in and take advantage of it. Times of transition are strenuous but I love them. They are an opportunity to purge, rethink priorities, and be intentional about new habits. We can make our new normal any way we want. This is an abstract mixed media painting.
