Abstract Woman Painting

In keeping with the theme of the UAE women’s identity, my painting is dedicated to Emirati women who have progressed through time towards empowering themselves. Their empowerment has made them blossom, their accomplishments have made their land a green, fertile oasis & they stand tall with confidence in the midst of the desert embracing their unique Emirati identity. The artwork is a combination of zentangles in a mandala grid using acrylic paints, acrylic paint pens, markers, felt cutouts & mirrors. The painting is done on canvas stretched on wood & then framed.
