Khalid Alzayani is an exciting painter based in the UAE who has exhibited his work in UAE, Bahrain and Qatar. He paints within a range of styles, from abstraction to street art, and also composes figurative scenes of the neighborhood he grew up in: clay houses, heat and plenty of light fill the canvas. Khalid additionally produces portraits on paper, and seeks to document ideas and observations of society and community with everything he creates. His abstract style and fearless brush work allow him to communicate emotions and mode felt at the moment of painting. His paintings are gestural, impactful and full of movements.
