Art is a life long journey where the artist learns and grows with every work. Rashida Golwala, a self taught artist, hails from India is now based in UAE. She primarily works with oil, watercolors and acrylics. She has dabbled her hands in charcoal and pastels too. She’s an active member of IWS - International watercolor Society and has attended workshops with master artists at various occasions. She finds traveling her big inspiration and each painting has a story to tell. Her paintings depict wild life, nature and the vibrant culture of places visited. Her painting portray hope and positive through her vibrant colors. She uses mixed media and palette knife for her abstract artworks. Her still life paintings are primarily on floral and fruits set up. She has participated in various national and international exhibitions and has displayed her artworks in India , UAE, Italy, and Ecuador. Her artworks are owned by art collectors in India, USA and UAE.
