Meet Shilpa Rao Vangala, an artist who was born in Surat, India, and has worked in Dubai and the USA. She works predominantly in the medium of charcoal and pastels. She also worked in mediums like acrylic and oil paints.
She is a dreamer, enthusiast, and an artist along with being an IT engineer, but her passion and love for this field inspires her to create magic on a blank sheet. Shilpa is an autodidact and captivated by people and their honest expression which she enjoys to capture on her canvas. Her mission in life is to be able to connect to the world through her work.
