Landscape Acrylic Painting
This is an acrylic painting using the technique of blocking in and glazing before the additional details are added to the subjects. In this painting, the artist uses the White Cliffs of Dover in southern England as her inspirational subject, specifically the Strait of Dover that connects the English Channel to the Calais Port in France. For the background, the artist uses arrays of sunset colors of blue violet, magenta pink, light blue, and purple to set her sky. Shades of cadmium yellow and cadmium orange are used for the glowing, evening clouds drifting gloriously in the sky and the setting sun.
The artist's focal subject of the painting is the colorful, hot air balloons cheerfully swaying and drifting away in the atmosphere amidst the sunset. The foreground of the White Cliffs and its vast expanse of wild, unruly grasses and shrubs are painted in shades of light green, yellow green, Naples yellow, and burnt umber. In this painting, the artist hints at people in the flying balloons to depict a sense of freedom they inhale while up in the air. After the order has been placed, the artwork will be delivered to customers throughout the UAE within 3-5 working days.
Rest of the World
For International orders, the delivery may take 10-14 days after the order has been placed. The shipping fee will be calculated separately and communicated to you the buyer by the Artezaar Team before dispatch.
You will receive an email order confirmation and payment confirmation as soon as the order is processed. Our products are delivered using our trusted delivery partners, who will contact you to arrange a convenient time to deliver your package.
Note that if you are not available to receive the order after confirmation to the courier, and we need to arrange a second delivery, an additional delivery fee of AED 40 will be charged to you for re-arranging the artwork drop off within the UAE. The charge will have to be paid as cash to the courier company.
