Horse Acrylic Painting
This is an acrylic painting using the technique of blocked in and glazing before the additional details are added on to the subjects. The artist uses a horse as the focal subject of the painting for the reason that horses are a significant part of Arabic culture, especially in the UAE. For centuries, horses have been cherished by the Bedouin tribes. The horses symbolised prestige and were utilised for protection, transportation and companionship because of their physical and spiritual strength. The horse's rugged features and mane of hair are painted in shades of yellow orchre, raw sienna, burnt umber, black and white.
The artist adds a hint of a barn door that suggests the horse at a stable or a farm. The barn door is painted in shades of burnt umber, raw sienna, black and whites to highlight it uneven textures. The steel bolts on the door is painted in shades of raw sienna, grey and whites for a rustic look. The textures on the wooden ledge of the door is painted using black, burnt umber, cadmium red and white. Shades of naples yellow, yellow orchre, raw sienna and burnt umber are used to paint the outside wall for its warm look. In this painting, the horse standing near the door hints a visitor at the other side of the barn door!

After the order has been placed, the artwork will be delivered to customers throughout the UAE within 3-5 working days.
Rest of the World
For International orders, the delivery may take 10-14 days after the order has been placed. The shipping fee will be calculated separately and communicated to you the buyer by the Artezaar Team before dispatch.
You will receive an email order confirmation and payment confirmation as soon as the order is processed. Our products are delivered using our trusted delivery partners, who will contact you to arrange a convenient time to deliver your package.
Note that if you are not available to receive the order after confirmation to the courier, and we need to arrange a second delivery, an additional delivery fee of AED 40 will be charged to you for re-arranging the artwork drop off within the UAE. The charge will have to be paid as cash to the courier company.
