Birds Watercolor Painting
There is an old saying that if you see a flamingo, it is a sign to cut off all negative things from your life. Flamingos are symbols of happiness. The word flamingo is derived from the Spanish and Latin word flamenco, which means fire. It signifies the bright colors of the birds' feathers. My painting works along this theme. The fierce orange symbolizes the origin of this species’ name and the serene purple undertones symbolize the animal itself, peaceful and happy. Here's another fun fact for you! Flamingos find strength in numbers for breeding success. These are birds that do not live in small flocks but prosper with large groups. This is a clear indication of strength lying in unity. My painting is a sight of two flamingos quenching their thirst during the golden hour of the sunset, near a lake, over which there are blossom trees whose bright flowers reflect in the water. Oh to be a flamingo! It's said that Flamingos also symbolize balance, openness to others, and an open heart. So, the next time you see a flamingo, make sure to halt for a minute from your busy lives to appreciate all that you have and release all your negative energy. 1. Shipping Rates and Charges
Shipping fees for UAE deliveries are displayed at checkout. For international orders, shipping fees are calculated separately based on the destination, package size, and weight, and will be communicated to you for approval before dispatch. All shipping quotes are estimates and may change based on actual dimensions, weight, carrier rates, and delivery details. Artezaar is not liable for discrepancies due to incorrect information provided by you or factors beyond our control.
2. Delivery Timelines
· UAE: Orders are typically delivered within 3-10 business days after payment confirmation.
· International: Orders are typically delivered within 5-30 days after payment confirmation, depending on destination and customs clearance. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
You will receive an email confirmation of your order and payment, and our delivery partners will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery time.
3. Billable Weight (Dimensional Weight)
Shipping costs are based on either the actual or dimensional (volumetric) weight of the package, whichever is greater. Dimensional weight is calculated by multiplying the length, width, and height of the package and dividing by a carrier-specific factor.
4. Additional Fees
Additional charges may apply for customs processing, duties, taxes, failed deliveries, returns, waiting times, address corrections, or special packaging requests. You are responsible for covering these costs unless the item is defective or not as described, in which case Artezaar will bear the cost as required by UAE consumer protection law.
If you are unavailable to receive your order after confirming delivery with the courier, and a second delivery attempt is required, an additional fee of AED 38.00 will be charged for re-arranging delivery within the UAE. This fee must be paid to Artezaar via credit card prior to re-delivery.
5. International Shipping
Artezaar offers international shipping on a best-efforts basis. Delivery times may be affected by customs delays or other factors beyond our control. You are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees in your country. Artezaar is not liable for lost or returned international shipments due to customs issues or incorrect address information.
6. Shipping Addresses
You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. If there are address discrepancies (e.g., incomplete or incorrect address, or residential vs. commercial status), you will be responsible for any correction fees or increased shipping costs. Artezaar is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address information provided by you.
7. Undeliverable Shipments and Returns
If an order is returned to Artezaar due to incorrect address, failure to collect, or refusal of delivery, you will be responsible for any return shipping fees and re-delivery charges. Artezaar is not liable for the condition or handling of returned goods unless the item is defective or not as described.
8. Packaging
All items are packaged securely for safe delivery. If you require special packaging or premium void filler, additional charges may apply and will be communicated to you before dispatch.
9. Delivery Partners
Artezaar uses trusted delivery partners for all shipments. For international shipments, third-party carriers may be used. Artezaar is not responsible for carrier delays or actions once the package has been handed over to the carrier, except as required by UAE law.
