The tranquil sounds of waves and invigorating walks on the golden sands meditates one’s soul. When we look up at the endless expanse of the sky in its limitless capacity, it provides a canopy to experience the glories of Mother Nature. The artist paints a scene of sky and sea inspired from the beautiful shorelines of the Arabian Sea. The pale blue sky highlights a bright day with white, fluffy clouds shaped like soft cotton, swirling upwards in their dancing trance. The water in shades of turquoise and yellow gives the vibes of a bright, warm day, as the waves make crashing foamy movements towards the shoreline and golden, wet sands. Corroded and textured beachocks on the sands, provide a natural look to the surroundings. Footsteps on the wet sand indicate a presence of a sea lover meditating by the sea, while seagulls fly in search of their own spiritual call.

1. Shipping Rates and Charges
Shipping fees for UAE deliveries are displayed at checkout. For international orders, shipping fees are calculated separately based on the destination, package size, and weight, and will be communicated to you for approval before dispatch. All shipping quotes are estimates and may change based on actual dimensions, weight, carrier rates, and delivery details. Artezaar is not liable for discrepancies due to incorrect information provided by you or factors beyond our control.
2. Delivery Timelines
· UAE: Orders are typically delivered within 3-10 business days after payment confirmation.
· International: Orders are typically delivered within 5-30 days after payment confirmation, depending on destination and customs clearance. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
You will receive an email confirmation of your order and payment, and our delivery partners will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery time.
3. Billable Weight (Dimensional Weight)
Shipping costs are based on either the actual or dimensional (volumetric) weight of the package, whichever is greater. Dimensional weight is calculated by multiplying the length, width, and height of the package and dividing by a carrier-specific factor.
4. Additional Fees
Additional charges may apply for customs processing, duties, taxes, failed deliveries, returns, waiting times, address corrections, or special packaging requests. You are responsible for covering these costs unless the item is defective or not as described, in which case Artezaar will bear the cost as required by UAE consumer protection law.
If you are unavailable to receive your order after confirming delivery with the courier, and a second delivery attempt is required, an additional fee of AED 38.00 will be charged for re-arranging delivery within the UAE. This fee must be paid to Artezaar via credit card prior to re-delivery.
5. International Shipping
Artezaar offers international shipping on a best-efforts basis. Delivery times may be affected by customs delays or other factors beyond our control. You are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees in your country. Artezaar is not liable for lost or returned international shipments due to customs issues or incorrect address information.
6. Shipping Addresses
You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. If there are address discrepancies (e.g., incomplete or incorrect address, or residential vs. commercial status), you will be responsible for any correction fees or increased shipping costs. Artezaar is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address information provided by you.
7. Undeliverable Shipments and Returns
If an order is returned to Artezaar due to incorrect address, failure to collect, or refusal of delivery, you will be responsible for any return shipping fees and re-delivery charges. Artezaar is not liable for the condition or handling of returned goods unless the item is defective or not as described.
8. Packaging
All items are packaged securely for safe delivery. If you require special packaging or premium void filler, additional charges may apply and will be communicated to you before dispatch.
9. Delivery Partners
Artezaar uses trusted delivery partners for all shipments. For international shipments, third-party carriers may be used. Artezaar is not responsible for carrier delays or actions once the package has been handed over to the carrier, except as required by UAE law.
