Mixed Media Painting
Lilac Nights was created from my fascination with the beauty, mystery, and vastness of the night sky. I chose this title because the painting reflects the feeling of looking beyond the world around us and into the outside edges of the cosmos, where darkness is not empty, but full of color, movement, light, and wonder. The word “lilac” softens the night and gives it a dreamlike quality, turning the sky into something poetic, emotional, and alive. For me, this title captures the breath-taking feeling of seeing the universe not only as distant and infinite, but also as intimate, delicate, and deeply beautiful. The painting combines fluid pour technique with intentional brush-stroke work. Through the pour, the colors were allowed to move, blend, separate, and create their own natural formations, much like clouds, galaxies, nebulae, and shifting night skies.
The lilac, mauve, purple, black, pink, red, and white tones flow through the composition with a sense of motion, as though the viewer is witnessing energy expanding across space. Some areas feel deep and mysterious, while others open into light, softness, and bloom-like forms. This balance between control and surrender is important to the work: the pour brings spontaneity and organic movement, while the brush strokes bring my own hand, emotion, and direction back into the piece. The golden accents add another layer of meaning. They appear like flashes of light within the darkness, suggesting stars, moonlight, cosmic dust, or hidden energy glowing beneath the surface. I used the gold to create moments of warmth and elevation against the cooler lilac and darker tones. These accents are meant to catch the eye and remind the viewer that even in the deepest night, there is radiance, beauty, and something precious to discover.
Visually, I want the viewer to experience the painting as both a night sky and an emotional landscape. The darker areas invite mystery and depth, while the lighter whites, pinks, and lilacs bring a sense of air, movement, and hope. The floral-like forms and delicate details suggest that the night itself is blooming, as if the cosmos is alive with hidden beauty. I want the viewer to feel pulled into the vastness of the scene, to notice the small details, the flowing textures, the layered colors, and the contrast between darkness and light. This piece expresses the way I see beauty in the unknown. The night sky has always carried a feeling of wonder for me: it is endless, colorful, powerful, and humbling. Lilac Nights is my way of translating that feeling onto the canvas. It represents a personal connection to imagination, stillness, and awe. Through this painting, I wanted to show that the night is not only dark; it can be vibrant, tender, luminous, and breath-taking.

Through a masterfully layered use of oils, acrylics, and resin, she translates the complexities of human emotion into evocative compositions that invite deep introspection while balancing a unique sense of power and calm.

1. Shipping Rates and Charges
Shipping fees for UAE deliveries are displayed at checkout. For international orders, shipping fees are calculated separately based on the destination, package size, and weight, and will be communicated to you for approval before dispatch. All shipping quotes are estimates and may change based on actual dimensions, weight, carrier rates, and delivery details. Artezaar is not liable for discrepancies due to incorrect information provided by you or factors beyond our control.
2. Delivery Timelines
· UAE: Orders are typically delivered within 3-10 business days after payment confirmation.
· International: Orders are typically delivered within 5-30 days after payment confirmation, depending on destination and customs clearance. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
You will receive an email confirmation of your order and payment, and our delivery partners will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery time.
3. Billable Weight (Dimensional Weight)
Shipping costs are based on either the actual or dimensional (volumetric) weight of the package, whichever is greater. Dimensional weight is calculated by multiplying the length, width, and height of the package and dividing by a carrier-specific factor.
4. Additional Fees
Additional charges may apply for customs processing, duties, taxes, failed deliveries, returns, waiting times, address corrections, or special packaging requests. You are responsible for covering these costs unless the item is defective or not as described, in which case Artezaar will bear the cost as required by UAE consumer protection law.
If you are unavailable to receive your order after confirming delivery with the courier, and a second delivery attempt is required, an additional fee of AED 38.00 will be charged for re-arranging delivery within the UAE. This fee must be paid to Artezaar via credit card prior to re-delivery.
5. International Shipping
Artezaar offers international shipping on a best-efforts basis. Delivery times may be affected by customs delays or other factors beyond our control. You are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees in your country. Artezaar is not liable for lost or returned international shipments due to customs issues or incorrect address information.
6. Shipping Addresses
You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. If there are address discrepancies (e.g., incomplete or incorrect address, or residential vs. commercial status), you will be responsible for any correction fees or increased shipping costs. Artezaar is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address information provided by you.
7. Undeliverable Shipments and Returns
If an order is returned to Artezaar due to incorrect address, failure to collect, or refusal of delivery, you will be responsible for any return shipping fees and re-delivery charges. Artezaar is not liable for the condition or handling of returned goods unless the item is defective or not as described.
8. Packaging
All items are packaged securely for safe delivery. If you require special packaging or premium void filler, additional charges may apply and will be communicated to you before dispatch.
9. Delivery Partners
Artezaar uses trusted delivery partners for all shipments. For international shipments, third-party carriers may be used. Artezaar is not responsible for carrier delays or actions once the package has been handed over to the carrier, except as required by UAE law.
