Mountains Acrylic Painting
This is an acrylic painting using the technique of blocked in and glazing before the additional details are added to the subjects. This painting is my artistic rendition of Fairy Meadows, as named by German climbers, located near one of the base campsites of Nanga Parbat (Killer Mountain), Gilgit Baltistan in Pakistan. Fairy Meadows, an alpine meadow of a high altitude is situated in Rakhiot Valley at the end of a glacier of the same name. The artist uses ultramarine blue and titanium white to paint the cloudy sky while raw umber and black are used to paint the snow-capped mountains. The artist paints the middle ground of mosses and marshes of trees and shrubs in several shades of oxide green, hooker's green, and yellow-green.
The valley's earth is painted using raw umber, Indian yellow, and white. To paint the lush, vast fields of shrubs and grasses, the artist uses the fertile shades of light green and Naples yellow, while grey and white are used to paint the flowing stream in the midst of lush fields. The artist adds cows and horses grazing in the fields to give an impression of morning life. The artist uses the heavenly meadows as her inspiration to paint the breathtaking, scenic valley and aims to lures the viewers to feel the meadow's cool early morning air and the wetness of the fresh morning grass! After the order has been placed, the artwork will be delivered to customers throughout the UAE within 3-5 working days.
Rest of the World
For International orders, the delivery may take 10-14 days after the order has been placed. The shipping fee will be calculated separately and communicated to you the buyer by the Artezaar Team before dispatch.
You will receive an email order confirmation and payment confirmation as soon as the order is processed. Our products are delivered using our trusted delivery partners, who will contact you to arrange a convenient time to deliver your package.
Note that if you are not available to receive the order after confirmation to the courier, and we need to arrange a second delivery, an additional delivery fee of AED 40 will be charged to you for re-arranging the artwork drop off within the UAE. The charge will have to be paid as cash to the courier company.
