Landscape Oil Painting
A life of comfort awaits you at Arabian Ranches in a lush green setting, a beautiful place which has been brought to life on a piece of artwork. This is an oil painting. This was an upcoming project and saw its rough sketch of ad in gulf news. So I thought before it comes into reality let me put some colors and life on to my canvas. Creating a black and white sketch on canvas for a landscape project can be an exciting process filled with creative exploration. Starting with a blank canvas, I carefully outlined the contours of the landscape, focusing on capturing the essence of the scene with simple yet expressive lines. Using various shades of yellow and brown, I added depth and dimension to the sketch, highlighting key elements such as sky, trees, and the horizon. Each stroke of the brush or pencil was deliberate, aiming to convey the mood and atmosphere of the landscape. As the sketch evolved, I continuously refined and adjusted details to achieve the desired composition.
Throughout the process, I drew inspiration from nature and my own imagination, allowing the landscape to take shape organically on the canvas. By the end, the black and white sketch emerged as a captivating representation of the upcoming project, ready to inspire and engage viewers with its simplicity and beauty. As I delve deeper into the process, I find myself immersed in the world I'm creating, lost in the details of each element— the gentle sway of trees, the vast expanse of the sky. With every mark, I seek to distill the essence of the landscape, to convey its beauty and complexity in a simple, yet evocative way. But beyond the technical aspects of the process, there is also a deeper connection at play—a sense of communion with nature, of being intimately connected to the world around me. As I work, I draw inspiration from the sights and sounds of the natural world, allowing them to infuse my sketch with a sense of vitality and energy.
Renuka Sanjeev is a self-taught Indian artist based in the UAE whose creative florals, landscapes and figurative pieces utilize rich textures and vibrant colors to transform her observations of the environment into soulful artistic narratives.

1. Shipping Rates and Charges
Shipping fees for UAE deliveries are displayed at checkout. For international orders, shipping fees are calculated separately based on the destination, package size, and weight, and will be communicated to you for approval before dispatch. All shipping quotes are estimates and may change based on actual dimensions, weight, carrier rates, and delivery details. Artezaar is not liable for discrepancies due to incorrect information provided by you or factors beyond our control.
2. Delivery Timelines
· UAE: Orders are typically delivered within 3-10 business days after payment confirmation.
· International: Orders are typically delivered within 5-30 days after payment confirmation, depending on destination and customs clearance. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
You will receive an email confirmation of your order and payment, and our delivery partners will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery time.
3. Billable Weight (Dimensional Weight)
Shipping costs are based on either the actual or dimensional (volumetric) weight of the package, whichever is greater. Dimensional weight is calculated by multiplying the length, width, and height of the package and dividing by a carrier-specific factor.
4. Additional Fees
Additional charges may apply for customs processing, duties, taxes, failed deliveries, returns, waiting times, address corrections, or special packaging requests. You are responsible for covering these costs unless the item is defective or not as described, in which case Artezaar will bear the cost as required by UAE consumer protection law.
If you are unavailable to receive your order after confirming delivery with the courier, and a second delivery attempt is required, an additional fee of AED 38.00 will be charged for re-arranging delivery within the UAE. This fee must be paid to Artezaar via credit card prior to re-delivery.
5. International Shipping
Artezaar offers international shipping on a best-efforts basis. Delivery times may be affected by customs delays or other factors beyond our control. You are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees in your country. Artezaar is not liable for lost or returned international shipments due to customs issues or incorrect address information.
6. Shipping Addresses
You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. If there are address discrepancies (e.g., incomplete or incorrect address, or residential vs. commercial status), you will be responsible for any correction fees or increased shipping costs. Artezaar is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address information provided by you.
7. Undeliverable Shipments and Returns
If an order is returned to Artezaar due to incorrect address, failure to collect, or refusal of delivery, you will be responsible for any return shipping fees and re-delivery charges. Artezaar is not liable for the condition or handling of returned goods unless the item is defective or not as described.
8. Packaging
All items are packaged securely for safe delivery. If you require special packaging or premium void filler, additional charges may apply and will be communicated to you before dispatch.
9. Delivery Partners
Artezaar uses trusted delivery partners for all shipments. For international shipments, third-party carriers may be used. Artezaar is not responsible for carrier delays or actions once the package has been handed over to the carrier, except as required by UAE law.
