Madali I is part of an ongoing exploration of balance, lightness, and emotional space through minimalist abstraction. Created with acrylic on canvas, the work is built from soft organic forms that appear to float freely across an open field, inviting a quiet and contemplative experience. The painting emerged from my interest in the relationship between structure and freedom. Rather than depicting a specific object or landscape, Madali I focuses on atmosphere and sensation. The composition is intentionally reduced, allowing each form to breathe and interact with the surrounding space. This simplicity creates a sense of openness, where movement feels natural and unforced. Green tones appear throughout the work as subtle references to growth, renewal, and the quiet energy found in nature.
These forms do not seek attention through complexity or contrast. Instead, they exist in harmony with the empty space around them, creating a visual balance that feels calm, gentle, and intuitive. As both an artist and someone influenced by architectural thinking, I am interested in how space can affect emotion. In Madali I, the empty areas are as important as the painted forms themselves. They create room for reflection and allow the viewer to slow down, observe, and connect with the work on a personal level. This painting is an invitation to pause. In a world often filled with noise and urgency, Madali I offers a moment of stillness, lightness, and quiet presence. It encourages a slower way of looking, where meaning emerges through balance, simplicity, and the subtle dialogue between form and space.
Dubai-based artist Alice Kauer uses her background in architecture to create original abstract paintings that explore balance and serenity. Her work is characterized by vibrant colors and bold textures, making each piece a perfect addition to modern home décor collections.

1. Shipping Rates and Charges
Shipping fees for UAE deliveries are displayed at checkout. For international orders, shipping fees are calculated separately based on the destination, package size, and weight, and will be communicated to you for approval before dispatch. All shipping quotes are estimates and may change based on actual dimensions, weight, carrier rates, and delivery details. Artezaar is not liable for discrepancies due to incorrect information provided by you or factors beyond our control.
2. Delivery Timelines
· UAE: Orders are typically delivered within 3-10 business days after payment confirmation.
· International: Orders are typically delivered within 5-30 days after payment confirmation, depending on destination and customs clearance. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
You will receive an email confirmation of your order and payment, and our delivery partners will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery time.
3. Billable Weight (Dimensional Weight)
Shipping costs are based on either the actual or dimensional (volumetric) weight of the package, whichever is greater. Dimensional weight is calculated by multiplying the length, width, and height of the package and dividing by a carrier-specific factor.
4. Additional Fees
Additional charges may apply for customs processing, duties, taxes, failed deliveries, returns, waiting times, address corrections, or special packaging requests. You are responsible for covering these costs unless the item is defective or not as described, in which case Artezaar will bear the cost as required by UAE consumer protection law.
If you are unavailable to receive your order after confirming delivery with the courier, and a second delivery attempt is required, an additional fee of AED 38.00 will be charged for re-arranging delivery within the UAE. This fee must be paid to Artezaar via credit card prior to re-delivery.
5. International Shipping
Artezaar offers international shipping on a best-efforts basis. Delivery times may be affected by customs delays or other factors beyond our control. You are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees in your country. Artezaar is not liable for lost or returned international shipments due to customs issues or incorrect address information.
6. Shipping Addresses
You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. If there are address discrepancies (e.g., incomplete or incorrect address, or residential vs. commercial status), you will be responsible for any correction fees or increased shipping costs. Artezaar is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address information provided by you.
7. Undeliverable Shipments and Returns
If an order is returned to Artezaar due to incorrect address, failure to collect, or refusal of delivery, you will be responsible for any return shipping fees and re-delivery charges. Artezaar is not liable for the condition or handling of returned goods unless the item is defective or not as described.
8. Packaging
All items are packaged securely for safe delivery. If you require special packaging or premium void filler, additional charges may apply and will be communicated to you before dispatch.
9. Delivery Partners
Artezaar uses trusted delivery partners for all shipments. For international shipments, third-party carriers may be used. Artezaar is not responsible for carrier delays or actions once the package has been handed over to the carrier, except as required by UAE law.
