Osiris, the beloved firstborn child of Nut and Geb, reigned over Egypt with his beloved wife, Isis - the original power couple. However, Osiris' vengeful brother Seth (a.k.a. Lord Voldemort) became jealous and brutally murdered him. In a fit of fury and evil, Seth chopped up Osiris' body into pieces, which were scattered all over Egypt. Insanely determined to resurrect her dearly beloved, Isis set out on a daunting quest. Using her powerful magical abilities - obtained when she learned the true name of Ra - she recovered all of Osiris' body parts, with one exception. After successfully mummifying Osiris's remains, Iset was granted her wish - her beloved husband was brought back to life.
In a show of celebration and love, Iset gave birth to their son, Horus. But Osiris' resurrection was short-lived and bittersweet. His rotting body, green from decomposition, revealed the absence of one crucial body part. Unable to live in the land of the living any longer, Osiris was forced to become the ruler of the Land of the Dead, presiding over and judging its inhabitants. An eternity of judging was cut short, however, once Horus grew into adulthood and avenged his beloved father by defeating Seth - the ultimate villain.

This shipping policy forms part of Artezaar’s Terms and Conditions.
1. Shipping Rates and Charges
Shipping fees for UAE deliveries are displayed at checkout. For international orders, shipping fees are calculated separately based on the destination, package size, and weight, and will be communicated to you for approval before dispatch. All shipping quotes are estimates and may change based on actual dimensions, weight, carrier rates, and delivery details. Artezaar is not liable for discrepancies due to incorrect information provided by you or factors beyond our control.
2. Delivery Timelines
· UAE: Orders are typically delivered within 3-10 business days after payment confirmation.
· International: Orders are typically delivered within 5-30 days after payment confirmation, depending on destination and customs clearance. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
You will receive an email confirmation of your order and payment, and our delivery partners will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery time.
3. Billable Weight (Dimensional Weight)
Shipping costs are based on either the actual or dimensional (volumetric) weight of the package, whichever is greater. Dimensional weight is calculated by multiplying the length, width, and height of the package and dividing by a carrier-specific factor.
4. Additional Fees
Additional charges may apply for customs processing, duties, taxes, failed deliveries, returns, waiting times, address corrections, or special packaging requests. You are responsible for covering these costs unless the item is defective or not as described, in which case Artezaar will bear the cost as required by UAE consumer protection law.
If you are unavailable to receive your order after confirming delivery with the courier, and a second delivery attempt is required, an additional fee of AED 38.00 will be charged for re-arranging delivery within the UAE. This fee must be paid to Artezaar via credit card prior to re-delivery.
5. International Shipping
Artezaar offers international shipping on a best-efforts basis. Delivery times may be affected by customs delays or other factors beyond our control. You are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees in your country. Artezaar is not liable for lost or returned international shipments due to customs issues or incorrect address information.
6. Shipping Addresses
You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. If there are address discrepancies (e.g., incomplete or incorrect address, or residential vs. commercial status), you will be responsible for any correction fees or increased shipping costs. Artezaar is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address information provided by you.
7. Undeliverable Shipments and Returns
If an order is returned to Artezaar due to incorrect address, failure to collect, or refusal of delivery, you will be responsible for any return shipping fees and re-delivery charges. Artezaar is not liable for the condition or handling of returned goods unless the item is defective or not as described.
8. Packaging
All items are packaged securely for safe delivery. If you require special packaging or premium void filler, additional charges may apply and will be communicated to you before dispatch.
9. Delivery Partners
Artezaar uses trusted delivery partners for all shipments. For international shipments, third-party carriers may be used. Artezaar is not responsible for carrier delays or actions once the package has been handed over to the carrier, except as required by UAE law.
