I am Fatima Sherjan, originally from Pakistan but based in Dubai, UAE for the past 12 years.
I am a business graduate and i graduated from Lahore School of Economics in 2008. I took art as a passion and as an expression to to my inner self as I have always had a flair for art since childhood.
I have taken various courses from Dubai international art school and calligraphy lessons from a renowned teacher based in UAE.
For me art is something which has changed the complete dimension of life for me and since the day i picked up the paint brush, everything just fell in place and there has been no looking back.
I believe art is the best way to put your dreams out there for the world to see.
My art style usually involves abstract art, vibrant colors and a-lot of texture.
I do Islamic art and Islamic calligraphy as well.
I am immensely passionate about art! My work depicts my love for art and the joy I feel while am working is evident in every stroke of my work. Abstract medium is my most favorite where I can just be myself and express with no boundaries what so ever! I mix Islamic calligraphy with abstract backgrounds to magnify the power of Allah’s words and bring my work alive.
I have gotten such immense appreciation and positive response from the people here and have sold my work to diversified nationalities.
