Jivan Hovhannisyan artist profile ArtezaarPassionate about art from the age of 2 years, Jivan Hovhannisyan studied Art in Sisian and then graduated from the Panos Terlemzyan Fine Arts High College in Yerevan in 1997. After moving to Dubai, Jivan has been teaching pencil drawing, freehand drawing, and oil painting to advanced level students at the Dubai Community Theatre and Arts Centre (DUCTAC). With over 33 years of experience as an artists and painting, Jivan has produced unique masterpieces of work, using mediums including oil, watercolors and pastels, while also specializing in needlework and computer designs.

He has been a member of the “Center of Armenian Artists” since 1990, and a representative of the “Foundation for the Armenian Fine Arts” in the UAE since 2016.
