I am an engineer by profession and this profession is bound by many scientific laws. Many times I want to feel free to let my imagination to wander. Other forms of art are bounded by grammar of performance such as beats, scale, octaves. In painting, I feel free to fill the canvas with variety of colors and style and I can corelate with my art works with my feelings. I am a self taught artist by hobby and passion and I don’t want to be pretentious on my art forms.
I was born in small town in India; there were very limited source of learning and exposure by attending exhibitions on those days. By visiting many places of different countries I managed to revitalize my imagination.
I have been pursuing my interest in painting since very age with variety of mediums. At present I work and dabble with acrylic paints on medium size canvasses. I don’t have any favorite subject as theme . My favorite artists of all time are Van Gogh, Bikas Bhattacharjee and Jackson Pollock for their ways to express.
