With my art I have attempted to bring abstraction to life and personify energy. My compositions are often a result of strong emotions that I experience. Free and simplified forms are the key features of my paintings. I aim for my compositions to have a certain balance and visual harmony. ‘Painting Without a Brush’ is what I prefer. This lets me visualize anything around me as a potential tool. A typical objects like household cleaning brushes, dough cutter, rubber spatula, squeegee, dish washing brush and the like, allow me to create layers and add desired dimensions. Exploring and trying out new techniques not only inspire to keep delving into the further realms of calligraphy but also help me grow as an artist.I am partial to creating spontaneous calligraphic paintings where the key element is speed; both of thought and actual creation.
Some artistic creations are beautiful, some give the viewer joy and some invoke strong emotions. And then there are some that inspire to think and explore the meaning behind the abstract compositions. They have the power to infuse new thoughts and alter perceptions.
