This is a realistic acrylic painting using the technique of blocked in and glazing before the additional details are added on to the subject. This painting depicts a typical style of the Arabian door. In an Arab culture, doors represent a significant meaning of new beginnings and regional traditions with artistic expressions. The artist has used warm, rustic shades of yellow ochre and burnt sienna to paint the door's planks of hardwood. The closed door with a traditional, heavy lock intends to grip the viewer into the silent aura of mystery of what lays behind.
The artist paints the bricks of heavy walls in lighter shades of yellow ochre, heavily defining the each bricks. The door is well situated between the heavy walls. Heavy shrubs on the top of the roof intends to provide shade in harsh and dry, desert like climate. Tiny, colorful flowers are painted into the shrubs that gives the viewer a sense of living exists behind the privacy of closed door. With this rustic painting, the artist aims to let the viewer experience the defining and old tradition of doors in the Arabic culture. The doors built widely and almost fort-like structure that can withstand dust and sandstorms.

After the order has been placed, the artwork will be delivered to customers throughout the UAE within 3-5 working days.
Rest of the World
For International orders, the delivery may take 10-14 days after the order has been placed. The shipping fee will be calculated separately and communicated to you the buyer by the Artezaar Team before dispatch.
You will receive an email order confirmation and payment confirmation as soon as the order is processed. Our products are delivered using our trusted delivery partners, who will contact you to arrange a convenient time to deliver your package.
Note that if you are not available to receive the order after confirmation to the courier, and we need to arrange a second delivery, an additional delivery fee of AED 40 will be charged to you for re-arranging the artwork drop off within the UAE. The charge will have to be paid as cash to the courier company.
